Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to and use of the IFRS 360 Expert website and digital library, and the online purchase of a paid subscription.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. Purpose

IFRS 360 Expert is a digital library providing online reading access to Makram ZOUARI’s book on IAS/IFRS standards.

2. Seller

Subscriptions are sold by IFRS 360 Expert, [Forme juridique / legal form — à compléter], registered office [Adresse du siège / registered address — à compléter], registration number [N° d’immatriculation / registration number — à compléter], [N° de TVA / VAT number — à compléter]. Contact: [email protected].

3. Account and access

Access to the full library is reserved for users with an account and a valid subscription, or with access granted by the publisher. Some sections are offered as a free preview.

Accounts are strictly personal and credentials must not be shared. The number of simultaneously signed-in devices is limited; abnormal use (unusual reading volume, account sharing) may lead to suspension of access.

4. Licence

Users receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to read the content online for their own needs.

The following are prohibited in particular: downloading, copying, printing, systematic capture, automated extraction (bots, scripts), resale, distribution or making any part of the content available to third parties, and using it to train artificial intelligence systems.

5. Offer and price

A subscription gives access to the whole digital library for the period shown on the “Subscribe” page (12 months unless stated otherwise).

The price is the one shown on the “Subscribe” page when you order. It is stated in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included. No extra fee is charged for paying by bank card.

6. Order and payment

You order from your account, on the “Subscribe” page. The contract is concluded when you accept these terms and then complete the payment.

Payment is made by Tunisian bank card on the secure ClicToPay platform of Société Monétique Tunisie (SMT). Card details are entered only on that platform: they never pass through our website and are not stored by the publisher, who only receives the result of the transaction and a masked card number.

The amount is charged when you order. If the payment is declined or abandoned, nothing is charged and access is not opened.

7. Start and length of access

Access opens automatically as soon as ClicToPay confirms the payment, and runs for the period purchased from that confirmation.

If you already have active access, the new period is added after its current expiry date.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically: nothing is charged when they end. You can renew at any time from the “My account” page.

8. Confirmation and evidence

After payment, a confirmation page shows the order number, the amount and the access end date. Your payment history remains available in “My account”.

An invoice can be requested from [email protected], quoting the order number.

The computer records of the publisher and of ClicToPay are evidence of the order, the payment and their dates.

9. Right of withdrawal

Tunisian law no. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce provides a withdrawal period of ten working days from the conclusion of a service contract.

This right can no longer be exercised once the service is provided, at your request, before that period ends. By completing your order, you ask for your access to the library to open immediately and acknowledge that this ends your right of withdrawal.

10. Refunds

A refund is made for a duplicate payment, a technical error that prevented access from opening, or a prolonged unavailability of the service attributable to the publisher. Send the request to [email protected] with the order number.

Under the card payment scheme rules, refunds are made only to the bank card used for the order, within ten days of the request being accepted.

If access is suspended or terminated for a serious breach of these terms (account sharing, copying or extracting the content), no refund is due.

11. Complaints

Any complaint about an order or a payment can be sent to [email protected]. We will reply as quickly as possible.

12. Liability

Content is provided for information and educational purposes; it does not replace the official texts or professional advice. The publisher strives to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tunis, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. The French version of these terms prevails.
